All orders must be placed online, email, fax, or phone no later than noon the day prior to your delivery day.

Deliveries:

Delivery charges of $6.50-$10.00 will apply to orders over $350. Any order not meeting the minimum $350 will be delivered and charged a $20 delivery fee.

Will call orders may be picked up at our warehouse with no minimum requirement and at no charge.

Hours of Operation: 10 am – 4 pm Monday to Friday.

Product Return and FBC policy:

1. Returns and FBC’s will be picked up by the driver and all forms must be properly filled out.
2. The appropriate credit will be applied to the next invoice.
3. All returns must be in original package.
4. We will not accept trial size returns.
5. FBC’s must be completely filled out.
6. Credit for the FBC is amount of the least expensive product purchased.
